Refund365 is a Vietnamese cashback platform that helps shoppers earn money back on purchases from Shopee and TikTok Shop. Users copy a product link from either marketplace, paste it into Refund365, and follow the generated link to complete their purchase. Eligible orders are tracked and displayed in the user’s wallet; cashback becomes available for withdrawal after the marketplaces complete their verification, which the site says typically takes around seven days after delivery.

Refund365 offers withdrawals via VietQR bank transfer or MoMo, with a stated minimum of 50,000 VND. The platform also promotes a two-tier referral program, offering members commissions from purchases made by people they refer and their referrals. Its website provides step-by-step instructions, shopping tips, sale and voucher guides, and information about cashback.

Refund365 advises users to start with an empty cart, avoid clicking other referral links, complete checkout promptly, and disable ad blockers to improve order tracking. The service is designed to make online shopping more economical while giving users a way to earn referral income
