About ReFurrrbished
Refurrrbished Sidecars is a Southern California brand that handcrafts bicycle and e-bike sidecars for pets. Its products combine practical transport, comfort, safety, and distinctive style, giving riders an alternative to standard bike trailers. Each sidecar is made to order, with designs created to suit individual requirements and universal mounting brackets that can attach to either side of a compatible bike. The company works with a range of bicycle and e-bike brands and invites customers to confirm compatibility; it does not recommend mounting sidecars to carbon-fiber frames.
Sustainability is central to the brand’s approach. Sidecars are built using repurposed materials, including retired kegs, industrial barrels, and reclaimed bicycle parts. The product range includes models such as the Nex2u, The Izzy, The Big Ol’ Brew, Maudel 1, and The Petunia. Customers can also personalize their sidecars with custom wraps, colors, and accessories. Additional offerings include replacement frames and universal mounting brackets, adjustable windscreens, and LED safety headlights.
