Regards Citoyens

Regards Citoyens is a French civic association focused on transparency in public life and the use of open data. It develops projects that make parliamentary activity, political decisions, and public information easier for citizens to explore and understand. Its work promotes transparent voting, scrutiny of lobbying, access to parliamentary records, and the digitisation and publication of public-interest data.

The association operates online resources including NosDéputés.fr and NosSénateurs.fr, which present information about members of the French Parliament, such as their committee and chamber activity, questions, and amendments. La Fabrique de la Loi helps users follow the development of legislation through successive drafts, amendments, debates, and parliamentary procedure. Other initiatives examine lobbying at the National Assembly, attendance in committees, electoral boundary changes, and pharmaceutical industry disclosures involving healthcare professionals.

Regards Citoyens also conducts advocacy, publishes legal analyses, supports collaborative data projects, and organises events such as Open Data Camp in Paris. Through these services and initiatives, it works to make democratic institutions more accountable and public data more accessible.
