Mrągowskie Towarzystwo Regatowe “Czos” (MTR Czos) is a sailing association based in Mrągowo, Poland, dedicated to sustaining the region’s racing and social sailing traditions. It brings together sailors across generations through organized competitions and shared events on the lakes of Warmia and Mazury. Its principal program is the Żeglarskie Grand Prix Warmii i Mazur, a multi-stage regatta series held at venues including Mrągowo, Lake Narie near Morąg, Stare Sady near Mikołajki, and Olsztyn.

The season culminates in a dedicated Grand Prix final. The association also organizes and publicizes other sailing events, including regattas for members of Mrągowo’s historic sailing base and their friends, as well as memorial competitions honoring pioneers of local sailing.
