The REGIM-Lab, established in 1997 by Prof. Adel M. ALIMI, has become a renowned research laboratory in the field of intelligent machines. Initially created as a research unit at the National Engineering School of Sfax (ENIS), it transitioned to a full-fledged research laboratory in 2011. Since May 2021, Dr. Fadoua DRIRA has been leading the lab. REGIM-Lab's primary mission is to generate innovative knowledge for the benefit of humanity. It focuses on artificial intelligence to address societal and industrial needs in Tunisia. The lab collaborates with educational institutions, research organizations, and industries to develop sustainable and innovative solutions. The research team at REGIM-Lab is dedicated to exploring data science's potential, with four main research axes: Deep Social Media Data Science, Deep Vision Data Science, Deep Multimodal Signal Data Science, and Deep Textual Document Data Science. Through collaborations, the team strives to develop internationally recognized solutions and contribute to societal improvement.
