Regionum is an informational website about Russia’s regions and places to visit. Its content introduces the country’s federal structure, explaining the main types of federal subjects, including republics, territories, regions, autonomous areas and districts, and cities of federal significance. It also provides reference information on regional names and vehicle registration codes, including historical code changes.

The site organizes its regional coverage by federal district, such as the Central, Southern, Northwestern, Far Eastern, Siberian, Ural, Volga and North Caucasian districts, and lists constituent regions within them.
