Its approach combines clinical care with sports experience, tailoring rehabilitation to each patient’s needs and abilities and coordinating, where appropriate, with doctors, trainers and caregivers. The team treats back pain and supports recovery after ligament reconstruction, fractures, sprains, other orthopaedic injuries and knee arthroscopy. It also works with athletes, including runners, dancers, martial artists, footballers and basketball players, helping analyse and improve movement after rehabilitation.

Services include 50-minute physiotherapy consultations, rehabilitation sessions and medical massage, available for the whole body or selected areas. Sports offerings include online home-training consultations, running consultations and outdoor running-technique training. The practice also provides professional training, including a course on the fundamentals of physiotherapy diagnostics. Listed prices range from 210 PLN for medical massage to 400 PLN for a running consultation; other services have separate fees.
