Reid Homes

Reid Homes is the residential property brand of Reid Capital Limited, a homebuilder focused on creating quality, luxury new-build homes. The company presents its developments as carefully crafted places to live, using modern building techniques and high-quality materials to suit different lifestyles and requirements. Its offering is aimed at a range of buyers, including first-time purchasers, growing families, people moving to a larger home and those looking to downsize.

Reid Homes’ featured development is Rosewood Manor in Fulwood, Lancashire, near Preston. It comprises exclusive four- and five-bedroom family homes. The website invites prospective buyers to explore the development, request a brochure or arrange a callback, and provides information about buying a new home, help with selling an existing property, customer care and frequently asked questions. Reid Capital also publishes articles on new-build home benefits and home-related topics, and offers a “Recommend a Friend” feature. Through these services and its development information, Reid Homes supports customers as they consider and progress through the purchase of a new home.
