Reign Grappling Club is a community-focused Brazilian jiu-jitsu and wrestling academy located inside Sutherland PCYC in Sutherland, New South Wales. It welcomes beginners and experienced grapplers of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels, with a supportive, low-ego environment and coached classes designed to help students learn safely and progress at their own pace. Head coach Kaine Wilken provides black belt instruction and is described as an active competitor and mentor.
The club offers adult Brazilian jiu-jitsu in Gi and No-Gi formats, a dedicated Scrimmage Wrestling program, beginner introductory classes, and kids’ Brazilian jiu-jitsu for ages 6–12. Training can support goals including fitness, self-defence and competition. Saturday open mat sessions are free and open to grapplers.
Reign emphasizes practical coaching, capped class sizes and personal attention. Memberships are week to week, with no lock-in contracts, joining fees or grading fees; uniforms are not forced. New students can try their first class for free.
