About Re!gnite Africa
Re!gnite Africa is a not-for-profit organization focused on empowering young adults in Uganda. Their mission is to tackle the employment challenge by providing un/underemployed young adults with the necessary skills, job opportunities, and leadership development to make a positive impact in their communities. Re!gnite Africa employs an innovative approach that includes practice, advocacy, and learning.
They create pre-employment modules and offer soft and practical skills training, connect young adults to apprenticeships and job opportunities, coach and upskill young leaders in leadership and advocacy, and collaborate with them and other stakeholders to advocate for youth-centric policies. Their vision is to develop a powerful and transformed generation of young people who are competent, productive, and actively engaged in leadership and contributing to positive change. Re!gnite Africa has been officially registered as a not-for-profit organization since March 2016, with their headquarters located in Kampala, Uganda.
