Rekola

Rekola is a bikesharing brand that helps people make short city journeys by renting distinctive pink bicycles. Riders register for free in the app, scan a bicycle’s QR code to unlock it, and ride for as long as they need. At the end of a trip, they lock the bike within the designated area so another rider can use it. The service is designed as a fast option for journeys of around three kilometres, with bicycles available in and around city centres.

Rekola operates in locations including Bratislava, Prague, Brno, Jihlava, Prostějov, Nový Jičín and Kopřivnice, Havířov, Děčín, Rudná u Prahy, Tallinn and Polkowice. The company also offers trial rides, pricing and benefits, and information about parking and using MultiSport cards. Beyond individual rides, Rekola works with cities on alternative transport, shared bike stands and data, and partners with employers to provide rides as an employee benefit. The brand has worked with cities since 2013 and also organises activities with partners.
