IFIX srls operates Relab, an online store and marketplace focused on refurbished electronic devices. Its catalog features pre-owned smartphones, tablets, computers and wearables, with products from Apple and Samsung. Shoppers can browse iPhone models, MacBook Pro and Air computers, iPads, Apple Watch Series 4, and Samsung Galaxy S7 and S8 devices. Listings include different storage capacities, colors and condition grades, such as Grade A and A+, with prices shown for individual products. The store promotes its refurbished devices as guaranteed for one year, offering an alternative to buying new technology.

Relab also sells accessories, including cases, headphones, chargers and screen protectors, as well as replacement parts. Its spare-parts selection includes displays and batteries for a range of iPhone models. The website provides commercial, technical and administrative assistance, along with information about refurbished products, warranties and contact options. Customers can also enquire about selling or trading in an old device; the store says it will assess devices even when parts are damaged.
