Releash Atlanta is a dedicated and compassionate 501c3 not-for-profit organization that is on a mission to save dogs from high kill shelters across Georgia. As a 100% volunteer-run organization, they work tirelessly to rescue and provide a second chance for these deserving dogs. With their GA Department of Agriculture license, Releash Atlanta is committed to making a difference one dog at a time.

Upon rescue, every dog receives immediate medical attention, including vaccinations, heartworm testing, microchipping, and spaying/neutering. They are then placed in loving foster homes until they find their forever families. Releash Atlanta saves dogs of all breeds and sizes, from Yorkshire Terriers and Shih Tzus to Pit Bulls and Doberman Pinschers, as well as mixed breeds.

Releash Atlanta operates solely on generous public donations, ensuring that every penny goes directly to the care of the dogs. By joining their team as a foster family, you can make a significant impact in helping these dogs find their forever homes. Together, let's create a brighter future for Atlanta's homeless pets and the loving adoptive families who welcome them
