Relentless Mentality Coaching, founded by Amanda Boswell, helps athletes develop the mental skills to perform with confidence and become their best selves. Drawing on Boswell’s experience as a lifelong competitive swimmer and her work coaching, instructing, and personal training athletes since 2011, the brand offers practical support grounded in an understanding of sport’s physical, mental, and emotional challenges.
Its services include individual and team mental skills coaching, delivered through interactive sessions over Zoom or in person. The Relentless Athlete Mental Skills Drills comprise eight sessions, typically lasting 20 to 30 minutes each, and cover topics such as motivation, self-talk, pre-competition anxiety, focus, breathing techniques, and working through mental blocks or performance plateaus. Athletes learn strategies they can practice during training and competition, with sessions designed to build on one another.
Relentless Mentality also offers a free 20-minute discovery call for athletes and families interested in learning more. Based in Hudson, Ohio, the coaching practice serves athletes seeking tools to manage pressure, strengthen focus, and support performance.
