Remedy Stable

Remedy Stable is an equestrian business in Kastari, Hollola, in Finland’s Päijät-Häme region. The stable focuses on full-board horse care, breeding and harness racing, offering practical support for horses and their owners. Its horse services include full board, racehorse training, foal breeding and driving instruction, with care shaped by years of hands-on experience and a commitment to good horsemanship. Foal breeding is a particular area of expertise, and the stable also breeds and trains racehorses on a small scale.

Remedy Stable’s services extend to human wellbeing. These include personal training, life coaching, lifestyle-change coaching and massage. The business brings together equine care, athletic training and wellbeing services under the theme of support for both horse and person.

Remedy Stable Ky is led by Heidi Lindeman, a harness-racing trainer, equine massage therapist and wellbeing entrepreneur who has worked with horses since childhood. The stable’s experience dates back to 2014, and its services reflect Lindeman’s combined background in horse care, breeding, racing and personal wellbeing.
