Remember Me France

Remember Me France is a nonprofit association dedicated to rescuing dogs living on the streets of Romania and helping them find permanent homes in France, Belgium, and Switzerland. Founded in 2014, it has brought more than 6,000 dogs to families and currently lists hundreds of dogs for adoption. Its work is centered on Remember Me Land, a private refuge in Pascani, Romania, with veterinary care, quarantine facilities, safe kennels, and a two-hectare exercise area.

The association coordinates rescue and transport operations, bringing dogs to France in regular convoys, and supports adopters through a six-step adoption process. Its team and partner canine educators remain available as dogs settle into their new homes. People can also support the mission by donating, sponsoring a dog monthly, volunteering, or providing a foster home. Contributions help fund food, veterinary treatment, transport, and sterilization programs, which carry out more than 500 procedures annually. Remember Me France operates through donations and adoption fees, alongside a network of staff, volunteers, and foster families.
