Remote Leverage

Remote Leverage is a recruiting agency that helps businesses hire pre-vetted remote professionals, particularly from Latin America, with additional talent sourcing described across the Caribbean, the Philippines, South Africa, and Egypt. Its service is designed for U.S. companies seeking English-fluent team members, time-zone overlap, and lower hiring costs; the website advertises talent pay of $6–$10 per hour and savings of up to 70% compared with U.S. employees.

The company recruits for a broad range of roles, including administrative and executive assistants, customer support, sales and lead generation, marketing, social media, graphic design, bookkeeping, accounting, development and IT, and custom positions. Candidates are screened for skills, experience, English communication, background, and employment history. Remote Leverage says it can provide a shortlist of two or three matched candidates within 48–72 hours, with interviews available before hiring.

Businesses pay a one-time placement fee only after hiring, with no ongoing agency fees or long-term contracts. Services also include onboarding support, productivity tools, payroll and compliance assistance through a partner, and a 12-month replacement guarantee.
