Rendyr is a healthcare technology company serving skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living organizations, as well as post-acute groups and medical practices that round in these settings. Its platform is designed to improve the quality and usefulness of provider visits, connecting clinicians’ signed encounter records with the work of MDS and health information management teams. Rather than functioning as another EHR, Rendyr supports a provider workflow for documenting care, capturing relevant quality measures and coding, and creating an attested record that others can rely on.

The platform includes Remy, an in-workflow clinical assistant offering clinical references and guidelines, medication and prescribing information, screening tools such as PHQ and Caprini, and EMR chart capture for clinician review and confirmation. Remy does not sign notes or attest to quality; clinical judgment remains with the clinician. Rendyr also supports CMS quality reporting and MIPS for groups that report them, with the goal of helping providers and facilities receive accurate payment for care delivered.
