Happy Dog Groomer

Rene’s Grooming is an appointment-only dog grooming business in Springfield, Missouri, offering personalized, one-on-one care. The business grew from its owner’s interest in grooming, supported by training at Jans Grooming School, work at the City of Springfield shelter, and experience as the shelter’s groomer. The owner is a certified Canine Esthetician and holds Dog CPR certification.

Grooming is tailored to each dog rather than a standard template, with hand-scissoring and a relaxed approach to bathing and drying. Clients can arrange regular schedules based on their dogs’ needs, with visits ranging from every two weeks to every twelve weeks. Rene’s Grooming also offers mud baths using mineral products, which the owner recommends for dogs with dry, itchy skin and allergies.

The business distributes OCHAH Mineral Pet Care products and says these are used on the owner’s dogs and grooming clients. Rene’s Grooming holds a Springfield business license for mobile and home grooming. Prospective clients can contact the groomer by phone, text, Facebook, or email to discuss their dog’s care.
