Renkuosi mokyti is a brand that aims to bring positive changes to the Lithuanian education system by uniting the education community, including program participants, alumni, teachers, and schools. Their goal is to create a learning environment where every student can experience success and become a creator of their school and country. The program attracts motivated individuals who are committed to helping others and provides them with two years of teaching experience in schools.
About 75% of program participants continue working in education as teachers, school leaders, members of the academic community, or policymakers. The brand also invites schools and businesses to join forces in making a difference. Renkuosi mokyti is initiated by the Center for School Improvement.
