YES RENOVATION

Yes Renovation is a renovation and remodeling brand operated by RENOSY DESIGN&BUILD, specializing in rental apartments, condominiums, and vacant homes. It serves property owners seeking to reduce vacancies and improve rental appeal across Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, and other listed regions, including Miyagi, Fukushima, Aichi, and Fukuoka. The company focuses on design-led upgrades that help older or undistinguished properties stand out to prospective tenants and support higher rents.

Its core offering is a fixed-price renovation package for rental properties, with a stated rate of about ¥30,000 per square meter and a cost positioned at roughly one-fifth of a full renovation. Six design packages simplify decision-making, reduce the need for extensive consultations, and are intended to shorten project timelines. Owners can also choose optional work, including upgrades or refurbishment of bathrooms and other fixtures. Yes Renovation shares project examples and practical guidance on property improvements and vacancy prevention. The brand reports more than 2,000 completed units and presents its services as a cost-conscious alternative to basic repairs or conventional full-scale renovations.
