Rens Forellen is a fishing and aquaculture business based in Bylderup-Bov, Denmark, offering visitors a place to fish, relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside. Its Rens Fiskesø Put & Take lake covers approximately 8,000 square metres, with water depths of two to three metres, and is open year-round from sunrise to sunset. The lake is stocked daily with trout raised at the company’s own fish farm, including rainbow, brown, brook, golden and tiger trout.
Fish range in weight from 0. 8 to 10 kilograms. Anglers can make use of facilities such as a fish-cleaning station, toilets, picnic tables and covered shelters.
Visitors can also rent a private fishing lake or stay in the company’s holiday house, with activities and the area’s layout presented to help guests plan their visit. At its high-tech fish farm, Rens Forellen primarily produces rainbow trout for Put & Take fishing and its smokehouse. The company also supplies live trout to customers throughout Denmark and Germany
