Répar’ tin vélo

Répar’tin Vélo is a bicycle self-repair association based in Béthune, France, helping local residents maintain, repair, and restore their bikes. Its workshop provides tools and practical guidance, with volunteers on hand to support visitors throughout the repair process. Whether someone is new to bicycle maintenance or already experienced, the team offers personal advice to help them work on their bicycle with confidence.

The association also accepts donated bicycles, which volunteers refurbish for reuse or dismantle to recycle their parts. It offers a stock of second-hand bicycles renovated by its members. In addition to regular workshop sessions, Répar’tin Vélo takes part in local events and community activities, where volunteers share repair demonstrations and promote cycling for everyday journeys. The workshop is located at 30 rue Henri Barbusse in Béthune and is open on Wednesday afternoons, on alternate Tuesday evenings, and one Saturday morning each month.
