RepeaterBook Live is an English-language public beta that brings amateur radio receiver activity and repeater-site monitoring together. It lets visitors browse participating receivers and recent reports of repeaters they have heard, with public receiver activity available without signing in. The Live Activity Map links observations to RepeaterBook records and requires RepeaterBook Plus. Users can also connect a receiver using the available setup guides and software downloads; equipment and platform requirements vary.

For repeater-site owners and teams, RepeaterBook Live includes Argus hardware from Sierra Radio Systems and Vista, a hosted dashboard for supported devices. Depending on equipment, service level, and permissions, these tools provide site activity and condition monitoring. An observation indicates that a receiver heard activity under particular conditions; it does not independently verify a repeater or change its directory listing.

The service began on March 21, 2026, with a listening node in Gresham, Oregon. RepeaterBook invites users to share equipment information through an anonymous survey and offers an optional tester list to help shape the beta.
