Reproductive Freedom Fund of New Hampshire

Live Free Autonomy Collective is a New Hampshire organization working to expand access to abortion, gender-affirming care, and reproductive health resources. Guided by patient needs, it combines direct assistance, community partnerships, volunteer networks, and grassroots fundraising to reduce financial and practical barriers to care. Its approach is grounded in bodily autonomy, dignity, compassion, and the belief that communities can create change through mutual aid.

The Repro Fund offers financial and practical support for abortion care, with help available through the organization’s confidential helpline. The Trans Care Fund provides financial assistance for gender-affirming care appointments, hormone replacement therapy, lab work, gender-affirming garments, transportation in the Seacoast and Greater Concord areas, and resource coordination. Care Commons connects community partners to distribute free emergency contraception and birth control. The collective also shares abortion access information and helps people navigate healthcare resources. Support requests are handled with attention to privacy and without judgment. Through its funds, information, and community-led work, Live Free Autonomy Collective helps people make decisions about their bodies, families, and futures with greater access to support.
