Request Parts is a global marketplace designed to help individuals and businesses find spare parts through specialist suppliers. Users can search listings by part name, OEM or reference number, manufacturer, model, machine type, or category, then review product details and supplier information to identify suitable options. The marketplace covers automotive and appliance components, electronics, repair tools, industrial equipment, and other parts and workshop supplies, with OEM and compatible options available where listed.

When a component is difficult to find or is not currently listed, customers can publish a part request describing the item and its application so relevant suppliers can respond. The site also features supplier profiles, distributor listings, recent supplier posts, and searchable categories, helping buyers explore businesses and compare available products. Its catalog includes examples such as diagnostic tools, hand tools, power tools, and vehicle-heater parts. Distributors can create a business presence and participate in the supplier network.
