About Requestly
Requestly is a developer-focused API platform and BrowserStack product for designing, building, testing, and managing APIs. Its lightweight desktop client is available for macOS, Windows, and Linux, with a Git-native approach that lets users keep collections as local files and sync them with Git. Teams can organize requests into collections, manage environments and variables, and work together in shared workspaces.
The platform supports REST and GraphQL requests, as well as SOAP and gRPC, with tools for inspecting responses, managing authorization, and generating client code. Developers can automate workflows using JavaScript scripts, API tests and assertions, a collection runner, and an AI test case generator. Requestly also offers a command-line interface for running collections in continuous integration, plus encrypted secret storage and enterprise controls such as SSO, role-based access, and audit logs.
Users can import collections from Postman, Insomnia, cURL, and OpenAPI, helping teams transition without rebuilding their work. Additional tools include an HTTP interceptor, file server, and API explorer.
