Requex is an AI-powered software platform for independent tire and auto shops, combining business management tools with a network that connects shops to nearby customers seeking tires and repairs. Its system brings scheduling, tire catalog and stock management, quotes, invoicing, reporting, online booking, and a shop website together in one place. The customer storefront uses vehicle registration lookup to show suitable tires and services at the shop’s prices, then lets motorists book appointments online.

Shops can set their own prices and stock, while Requex maintains a catalog of more than 58,000 tire sizes. Sois, Requex’s built-in AI agent, can help with administrative tasks such as loading supplier price lists, preparing quotes, managing bookings, and updating the diary. The Fixer mobile app gives installers access to daily jobs, routes, vehicle and tire details, and Tap to Pay. Requex also routes customer enquiries from its national network to relevant businesses. Plans include a 14-day free trial, and shops can also join the network as guests.
