RESCUE Self-Defense

R.E.S.C.U.E. Self-Defense provides practical, instinctive self-defense and violence-prevention training for people of all ages and genders. Led by Sebastian, the program draws on his experience in military close-combat disciplines, martial arts, and real-life situations. Its intuitive approach builds on each participant’s natural reactions, strengths, physique, and character, introducing skills step by step and adapting instruction to individual needs.

Adult courses are generally delivered as one-to-one coaching, with the option to train alongside two or three people or in small groups. Children’s courses are designed for groups of one to three children. Businesses can request tailored content suited to their participants and working environment. When participants are ready, training can include realistic simulations that let them practise their skills in lifelike scenarios and settings.

The program also addresses setting boundaries, assertiveness, and managing fear. Visitors can explore introductory information about self-defense and violence prevention, review available courses, and arrange a free trial session.
