The Réseau d’amélioration continue du Québec is a Quebec-based network dedicated to advancing continuous improvement and operational excellence across manufacturing and service industries. It brings together more than 100 member companies and industry leaders to share proven practices, exchange knowledge, and help organizations build the industry of tomorrow. The network supports members by identifying and organizing industrial visits to innovative companies applying Lean Manufacturing and administrative concepts.
It also connects members with peers who can help address specific continuous-improvement needs within their organizations. Through collaboration with certified trainers, the network initiates technical training programs and supports members in the process of identifying potential candidates. Its events give managers, Lean specialists, continuous-improvement professionals, and executives opportunities to develop skills, discover practical ideas, and learn from real-world experience.
