Reserve Care

Reserve Care is a nonprofit hospice and palliative care organization serving patients and families across Northern Ohio. With nearly 50 years of experience, it partners with individuals, families and healthcare professionals to provide expert, compassionate care through serious illness, end of life and bereavement. Its teams listen to patients’ needs, explain care options and adapt services as circumstances change, with a focus on comfort, dignity and personal goals.

The organization offers hospice care, palliative care for pain and symptom relief, family-centered pediatric care, specialized services for veterans, and ongoing grief support. Care is delivered wherever patients call home, and support is available to families throughout the care journey. Reserve Care also works with physicians, nurses and care teams, offering referral guidance, timely communication and clinical support.

Community members can support its work through donations, volunteering, events, resale shops and community partnerships. Reserve Care provides resources on caregiving, advance care planning, insurance and hospice, as well as support groups and educational events.
