A RESIALENTEJO dá destino final aos resíduos indiferenciados (resíduos que não são separados) provenientes da recolha municipal e aos resíduos urbanos recicláveis dos concelhos de Almodôvar, Barrancos, Beja, Castro Verde, Mértola, Moura, Ourique e Serpa, que no total corresponde a uma área geográfica de 6.650 Km2 e cerca de 86.505 habitantes (Censos 2021). A sede da empresa e as principais infraestruturas para o tratamento de resíduos encontram-se localizadas no Parque Ambiental do Montinho.
