Résidence de Chantemerle is a DomusVi care home in Maisoncelles-en-Brie, Seine-et-Marne, set in the Brie countryside about 17 kilometres from Meaux. It welcomes older adults who are independent, losing independence or dependent on daily support, including people living with Alzheimer’s disease or related conditions. Residents can choose permanent accommodation or, depending on their needs, a short stay.

The residence provides round-the-clock support, personalised care and a dedicated protected unit for people with cognitive disorders. Its professional teams work with residents and, when desired, their families to shape individual care plans and support wellbeing. Facilities include a secure garden with a walking path, terraces, convivial shared spaces, a physiotherapy area and private visitor parking.

Daily life features varied activities intended to encourage movement, memory and social connection. The chef serves balanced meals developed with input from a dietitian, with an emphasis on enjoyment as well as nutrition. Families are kept informed through regular communication, meetings and the FamilyVi app, and can take part in residence life and discussions about care.
