The firm supports the full talent and leadership lifecycle, from graduate selection and assessment to executive development, succession, and organisational change. Its services include leadership and management programmes, ICF-accredited executive coaching, structured assessment centres, organisational diagnostics, and advisory on culture, execution, and trust. RESILIGENT also provides data-led insight into leadership readiness, succession pipelines, and transition risks.

At the centre of its work is Impact AS Plus™, a proprietary leadership intelligence system that integrates diagnostics, coaching, organisational data, and practical interventions. Its diagnostic tools include DISC Lens Africa™, DISC Lens™, Leadership Mirror™, and Culture Pulse™. RESILIGENT’s process moves from diagnosis and prioritisation to activation and sustained progress, helping leaders, teams, and organisations make informed decisions and embed stronger ways of working.
