ReStart Co., Ltd. is a Japanese company led by Yu Kimura, a former WBC world boxing champion. Founded on the principle of using knowledge and experience gained through sport to create new value, the company supports the health of business leaders and their employees. Its services span diet programs, business-owner communities, corporate employee benefits, speaking and training, and boxing.

A central offering is the Health Management Leaders Club, a community for business owners focused on health. It holds regular events, including health seminars, golf gatherings, and boxing meetups, helping members connect while exploring ways to promote wellbeing. ReStart also offers the Kimura-style white rice diet and arranges specialists to provide services through corporate employee-benefit programs. Its talks and training draw on Kimura’s experience in sport and health-related initiatives.

Through these activities, ReStart aims to protect the health of both companies and their leaders and to broaden awareness of healthy practices.
