About Restart Initiative
Restart Initiative is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering economic and social development in Azerbaijan and the South Caucasus region. With a focus on constructive engagement, they leverage their extensive knowledge in international development and media to identify opportunities for growth and connection within the area. Led by Emin Milli, the founder and chairman, Restart Initiative is committed to promoting dialogue and economic connectivity between Armenia and Azerbaijan, particularly in the aftermath of the Second Karabakh War.
Milli's writings on the conflict have been published in reputable outlets such as Newsweek, Al-Jazeera, and the International Business Times. Working alongside Milli is Ferdi Huseynvand, the co-founder and creative director of Daha Yaxşı media, as well as Jeanene Mitchell, the co-founder and executive director. Mitchell is an expert in international development and area studies, with a focus on water, energy, gender, and sustainable development.
