Restaura is a brand that specializes in the conservation and restoration of archaeological and paleontological material. Founded in 2016 by Valentina Castillo, a heritage conservator, Restaura was created to address the need for proper management and preservation of archaeological collections in Chile. With a focus on emphasizing the importance of conservation from the moment an artifact is excavated, Restaura offers a range of services including on-site conservation, material washing, storage and safeguarding, specialized transportation, and analysis.

In 2020, Restaura expanded its offerings by launching Restaura Store, an online shop that provides specialized archaeological supplies. And in late 2021, Restaura began incorporating paleontological conservation and supplies into its services. To date, Restaura has been involved in more than 50 archaeological and paleontological projects, conserving and packaging over 100,000 artifacts for museums across the country.

Led by Valentina Castillo as the Founder and CEO, Restaura boasts a dedicated team of professionals including Angela Gambino as the Project and Sales Coordinator, and Paula Córdova as a conservator. With a strong commitment to the preservation of cultural heritage, Restaura is trusted by numerous clients in the field.
