About Restaurant HORVÁTH
Horváth is an unconventional fine-dining restaurant on Paul-Lincke-Ufer in Berlin-Kreuzberg, led by chef Sebastian Frank. Awarded two Michelin stars, the restaurant is known for its distinctive vegetable-focused cuisine, which challenges the conventions of classic fine dining. Its philosophy is summed up by the playful slogan “Fuck caviar. Eat veggies”: rather than relying on luxury ingredients, meat, or fish, the kitchen transforms simple ingredients into bold, expressive dishes with distinctive flavor profiles.
Guests can enjoy dinner alongside a thoughtfully selected drinks offering. The wine list highlights rarities from Eastern Europe, Germany, and Austria, with an emphasis on biodynamic producers. The restaurant also creates non-alcoholic pairings, recognized by Falstaff as Germany’s best non-alcoholic beverage pairing.
Horváth offers reservations, event experiences, and an online shop featuring gifts, vouchers, and culinary inspiration. Its “Own the Pass” evenings give emerging chefs the opportunity to take over the kitchen for a special service. The restaurant welcomes diners Wednesday through Saturday from 6:30 p.m. and is located at Paul-Lincke-Ufer 44A, 10999 Berlin.
