IODÉ is a gastronomic restaurant in the heart of Vannes, shaped by the creative partnership of chefs Sophie Reigner and Julien Noray. Their distinctive cuisine celebrates the sea and Brittany, using ingredients such as seafood, seaweed, coastal herbs and seasonal produce to evoke the scents and flavours of the shoreline. Sophie leads the savoury cooking, while Julien brings the same imaginative approach to pastry. Together, they create an expressive, sensory dining experience that balances surprising combinations with respect for each ingredient.

Guests can choose between a seasonal gastronomic tasting experience and a more accessible bistronomic offering, available at lunchtime on weekdays. The restaurant also presents experiences including a gastronomic brunch and a seafood-focused menu. Its calm, refined setting, marine-inspired materials and carefully composed plates complement the food’s ocean-led identity. IODÉ offers online table reservations and gift vouchers, and the website also promotes cookery and pastry classes. Whether visiting for a leisurely tasting menu or a quicker meal, guests are invited to discover the chefs’ interpretation of the sea through a cohesive journey of aromas, textures and flavours.
