Restaurant Le Parvis

Le Parvis is a family-run restaurant in the heart of Saintes, France, welcoming guests throughout the year. Led by Valérie and Pascal Yenk, it serves traditional gastronomic cuisine prepared entirely in-house with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The menu evolves with the seasons, offering an authentic, refined dining experience in a warm indoor setting during winter and on a sunny terrace in summer. The restaurant is listed with a Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2026 and has received two toques from Gault & Millau; it is also featured in the Petit Futé and Routard guides.

In summer, Le Jardin du Parvis opens as an outdoor tapas venue, offering homemade tapas and cocktails designed for sharing. It is currently closed until the next summer season. Restaurant dishes are also available to take away, with a 10% reduction from listed prices, and gift vouchers can be requested. Located at 12 bis Quai de l’Yser, the restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday for lunch and dinner. Reservations and enquiries are handled by telephone or email.
