Restaurant AOC

Restaurant AOC is a Copenhagen restaurant focused on modern gastronomy and wine, bringing carefully selected local ingredients to the table beneath the vaulted ceilings of a 17th-century cellar. Its approach combines a strong emphasis on the quality of its produce with menus shaped either around guests’ wishes or the restaurant’s own expertise and recommendations. Guests can complement their meal with a broad selection of wines from around the world, with a dedicated wine list available to explore.

For private occasions, AOC offers an exclusive dining room adjoining the restaurant, separated by elegant glass doors. The space accommodates groups of 10 to 18 people, making it suitable for more intimate gatherings. The restaurant is located at Dronningens Tværgade 2 in central Copenhagen and accepts reservations through its online booking service. AOC also shares seasonal food updates, including dishes featuring autumn herring with apple, dill and wasabi, and burnt Jerusalem artichoke with hazelnut. Its offering brings together contemporary cuisine, considered ingredients, wine and distinctive historic surroundings.
