Coque is a fine-dining restaurant in Madrid created by brothers Mario, Juan Diego and Rafael Sandoval. What began more than 40 years ago as their family’s restaurant in Humanes has become an internationally recognised gastronomic destination, now located on Calle del Marqués del Riscal. The brothers lead the kitchen, dining room and wine cellar respectively, bringing together their expertise and a shared family tradition. Coque holds two Michelin Stars, a Michelin Green Star and three Repsol Suns.
Dining at Coque is designed as an immersive journey: guests move through distinct spaces, beginning with the cocktail bar and continuing into the restaurant, where cuisine, service and hospitality come together. The experience includes tasting menus shaped by chef Mario Sandoval’s cooking and, through Eat With Art, menus inspired by contemporary artworks. The restaurant also offers reservations, gift experiences, courses and books. Its wine cellar features more than 3,000 selections from five continents. Since 2011, Coque has collaborated with Spain’s CSIC research council, bringing culinary science and research into its work.
