Restaurante Hünico

Restaurante Hünico is a dining destination built around sincere gastronomy and quality ingredients, with a culinary approach rooted in Galicia and open to produce from beyond the region. Its cooking places the ingredients at the centre of each dish, presenting them in a natural, seemingly simple style and preparing them with care to bring out their distinctive qualities. Fresh, natural ingredients from nearby surroundings help shape the restaurant’s menus, which are designed to showcase the product without unnecessary surprises. Hünico describes its offering as gastronomic luxury made accessible to all, with respect for the quality of its raw materials guiding each dish.

The restaurant pairs its food with a setting intended to make the visit an experience from arrival. Its art deco-inspired interior features a marble floor, tables and armchairs in grey and red tones, designer lighting and large windows. Guests can explore the menus, wine and cocktail offerings, make reservations, or enquire about events. Hünico also invites applications from professionals interested in working in gastronomy.
