NAAR is a fine-dining restaurant in the foothills of the Himalayas, located in Darwa near Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh. Led by chef Prateek Sadhu, the restaurant celebrates the region through its produce, people and stories, presenting what it calls Himalayan-forward cuisine. Its approach is inventive yet respectful, drawing on local ingredients and the distinctive food culture of the mountain range.

The menu reflects six seasons and aims to showcase ingredients from this varied terrain, with flavour remaining central to the experience. The name NAAR means “fire” in Kashmiri and reflects Sadhu’s passion for bringing Himalayan cuisine into focus.
