Restoration

Restoration Tek helps organizations and landowners turn ecological restoration, biodiversity, and carbon-project goals into measurable outcomes. Working primarily in boreal and temperate biomes, the company offers build-to-order services tailored to the needs of each landscape. Its biodiversity assessments examine species composition and ecological relationships, while baseline studies and monitoring frameworks help track change over time. Restoration Tek also plans, implements, and monitors nature-based solutions addressing erosion, soil contamination, and habitat degradation.

For forest carbon initiatives, the team supports carbon inventories and prepares documentation for carbon-credit projects aligned with recognized methodologies. Consulting services provide guidance on improving biodiversity, ecosystem functions, restoration effectiveness, and biological performance across agricultural and natural landscapes. The company also offers ecological approaches to integrated pest management, helping clients address invasive and nuisance species, and designs areas of refuge using native species, ecological principles, and traditional ecological knowledge.

Its expertise includes plant and fungal communities, project planning and groundwork, and monitoring of birds, invertebrates, vegetation, and fungi.
