Restored Hope Therapy Services

Restored Hope Therapy Services, LLC is a private therapy practice serving Cabarrus County and surrounding communities in North Carolina. Owned by occupational therapist Jeannie Burgess, the practice takes a holistic, personalized approach focused on helping people build independence and participate more fully in their communities. Its services include pediatric occupational and speech therapy, supporting children’s sensory, motor, self-care, communication, cognitive, and social development.

Therapy can take place in the clinic, at home, in schools and childcare settings, or in the community. The practice also offers group services addressing areas such as emotional regulation, motor planning, school readiness, and executive functioning, alongside outreach intended to connect families with resources and improve awareness of pediatric therapy. With more than 21 years of experience across pediatric and geriatric care, Burgess also provides home safety evaluations for aging in place, including fall-risk assessments and recommendations for home modifications.
