Restore OKC

Restore Employment, part of RestoreOKC, works to strengthen individuals and Northeast Oklahoma City through supportive employment, social enterprise, and meaningful work. The organization supports adults facing employment barriers related to trauma, incarceration, addiction recovery, unstable housing, or gaps in work history. Its approach combines paid work with on-the-job training, classes, mentorship, individualized support, and care navigation, helping participants build skills, address challenges, and pursue long-term employment and financial stability.

Restore Employment also launches neighborhood-rooted businesses to create accessible jobs and contribute to a stronger local economy. Its social enterprises operate in real markets and generate revenue, with opportunities in food and grocery operations, culinary training and food production, urban agriculture, farm operations, and neighborhood services. The organization’s broader goal is to help rebuild household economies while encouraging jobs, businesses, and investment to circulate within the community.

Community members can support its work by volunteering, donating, or buying local products and services, including coffee, CSA offerings, and home or office cleaning.
