Restoring Hopes Ministries (RHM) is a dedicated non-governmental organization based in Kisumu County, established in 2012 by Mr. Frank Auko. RHM focuses on enhancing the lives of those impacted by HIV/AIDS, offering vital support to affected families and vulnerable children. The organization has successfully implemented various projects, including community gardening, poultry farming, and education initiatives, aimed at empowering individuals and providing sustainable sources of income.

RHM operates primarily in the Miwani area, where it engages in comprehensive programs that include child support through a children's home, vocational training, and community health services.
