RETATEC

Renascença Taquari Tênis Clube, also identified as RETATEC, is a tennis club based in Taquari, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Its history reflects the local community’s enthusiasm for the sport: Taquari natives and residents gathered to play tennis in doubles at locations in the city centre, including a site beside São José Church and another near Pereira Coruja School. The club’s story is rooted in these early gatherings and the shared desire to practise tennis and bring local sportspeople together.

The club’s website provides news and information for members and visitors, including details about its financial situation and a dedicated member area. It also publishes tennis-related material, such as the regulations for the 2025 men’s tennis ranking. These resources highlight its connection to organised tennis and the local sporting community. Renascença Taquari Tênis Clube is located at Rua São José, 201, in the São João area of Taquari. The club can be contacted by email at [email protected] or through its website’s contact section.
