About RetourMatras
RetourMatras is an innovative and rapidly growing matras recycling brand that is committed to sustainable matras recycling, aiming for 100% resource reuse. With the support of partners like Ingka Investments, Renewi, and IKANO Industry, who joined the company in 2019, we have been able to expand our RetourMatras method in the market. Our focus goes beyond matras recycling; we continuously strive to develop circular processes and partnerships that strengthen our position in the industry.
At RetourMatras, we have a team of 65 dedicated and passionate employees spread across four matras recycling locations and our headquarters in Bodegraven. We handle the entire matras recycling process, starting from collection at the environmental waste site to the creation of new products. We are proud to have recently been featured on the television program BinnensteBuiten, where our Managing Director Chico van Hemert discussed our matras recycling process with presenter Marieke Eyskoot.
